Had an amazing time stopping into Lisa Lynne’s booth of harps. She is a fabulous teacher and musician, friendly, knowledgeable, and very talented. Lisa Lynne brought her arsennal of harps to Faerieworlds to continuously give introductory lessons at playing the harp. This is definitely an instrument that strikes a cord in my soul … and is one I plan to take up once I can afford the beautiful piece of art. Lisa Lynne came to Faerieworlds 2009 from Los Angeles, California. You can see her travel video of her adventure below. She is a Celtic harpist, composer, and new age recording artist. She proclaims herself as a ‘multi-instrumentalist’ who has spent 18 years pursuing her passion of the harp. She released her first solo albums as “Lisa Franco” on the German label “Innovative Communication”. She also was part of the group “Celestial Winds” with David Young. In 2003 she released “Hopes and Dreames” (New Earth Records). She has implemented a musical healing treatment program at the “City of Hope” at the Los Angeles Cancer Center. As of this writing, she’s released over 15 albums of Celtic harp music on New Earth Records, Windham Hill, and her own label Lavender Sky Music. Simply an amazing woman. Rating: 5 stars out of 5.
