A beat inspiring synthpop/futurepop duo from Germany. From a meeting of mutual friends, they decided to bound together their musical talents in 1995 bringing forth the band named “Seabound” and a slogan “Journey Into Your Mind”. With English lyrics that are meant to explore the human psyche and how everyday events can affect a person psychologically. Their debut album: “No Sleep Demon” was released by Dependent in 2001. They are heavily inspired/influenced by the sounds of Front 242, Covenant, Visage and Depeche Mode. They are well known for their warm vocals, icy synth parts, and entrancing, sinuous melodies. They received some of their greater exposure in 2006 with their third album “Double-Crosser” which reached #1 Position on the German Alternative Charts (DAC) and German Electronic Web Charts (GEWC). Their performance on January 22, 2009 at Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom in Denver, Colorado. Excellent and mesmerizing performance. Top Job! Rating: 4 stars out of 5.
